The lightweight design of Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester Resin (GFRP) polymer crossarms reduces structural stress on electrical poles compared to traditional wooden crossarms, resulting in less fatigue over time.

All ASW Brasil crossarms are built with a highly durable finish and offer excellent dielectric properties, providing enhanced safety and reliable performance. These qualities make composite crossarms especially well-suited for demanding and extreme environments.

Additionally, their non-corrosive nature allows them to retain structural integrity in conditions such as coastal exposure, high desert heat, and acid rain, contributing to extended service life and reduced maintenance requirements.

Pole

Fiberglass-reinforced poles are highly resistant to severe weather, elevated temperatures, and even fire, making them a safer and more durable choice for distribution networks. Known for their strength and reliability, these composite poles can last up to 80 years—significantly outlasting steel, wood, and concrete alternatives, particularly in environments prone to corrosion.
